Whatever fits your model: hourly (DKK 950/hr ~$130 ex. VAT) or fixed price per sprint by agreement. No retainer commitment, no minimum hours.
Agreed per engagement. Typically 15–30 hours/week with good notice; more is possible for short stretches. I deliberately stay with work I can stand behind, so you get focused capacity.
Both work. I can take a feature solo and deliver PRs to your repo, or I can integrate into your daily flow with stand-ups and code reviews. You choose the working model.
